• Unmetered Data Transfer - Unmetered Data Transfer means just that.  We don't meter the amount of traffic you use.  You won't get a suprise bill for additional bandwidth.   This means that unless your site compromises the performance of the web server (which, by the way, probably won't happen), or the performance of our network - we don't care how much traffic you have. Your site should be successful.  (Keep in mind that we don't allow Adult, mp3 download, or software download sites.)

• 24 Hour FTP Access - Pretty much self-explanatory.  Our servers are obviously online 24 hours/day.
• 99.9% Uptime Guarantee - We guarantee that your web site will be accessible at least 99.9% of the time. We back this by offering a refund to any account that is "down" due to a network issue under our control.  We monitor our web server network 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If, for some reason, there is a server outage - we know it.  (Note: Obviously, this guarantee does not apply to routine maintenance performed on the network to ensure reliable performance.)
• ASP Support - Our servers are running IIS 4.0 on Windows NT.  We fully support ASP.   However, we are not ASP developers and cannot help you program your site.
• Live Statistics - We use Mediahouse Statistics Server 5.0.  This tracks your website visitors in real-time.  You will be able to run hundreds of different combinations of reports all online through your webbrowser.
• FrontPage 2003 Extensions - FrontPage 2003 is a great web design program.  You can visit http://www.microsoft.com/frontpage for more information or to order it.  FrontPage 2003 Extensions are installed with every account automatically at the time of setup.
• Cold Fusion 4.5 - Cold Fusion is a great programming language.  It is similar to ASP but is mainly designed for database access.  You can visit http://www.allaire.com for information on this.   You don't have to purchase anything.  We've already done that for you.
• Database Access - We support Microsoft Access ODBC Database Access.  You can request a DSN or use a DSN-less connection.  You can have as many DSN's as you'd like.
• CGI/Perl - We support Perl 5.0 by Activestate.  Make sure your scripts are compatible with Windows NT versions of Perl.  Each account comes with it's own pre-configured /cgi-bin directory.
• ASP Mail Component - We have the ASPMail component by http://www.serverobjects.com installed and ready for your use.  This is used in ASP pages for sending the data from a form via email to your email box.
• ASPEmail Component - We have the ASPEMail component by http://www.aspemail.com installed and ready for your use.  This is used in ASP pages for sending the data from a form via email to your email box.

• Daily Backups - Your site is backed up daily to a RAID V system, which is then backed up to tape.  This insures a speedy recovery of any data should a disaster occur.
• Custom 404 Error Page - Tired of the same old.... HTTP Error - 404 Not Found - The Web server cannot find the file or script you asked for. Please check the URL to ensure that the path is correct.  Please contact the server's administrator if this problem persists. - You can now create your own page.  Put your logo on it.  Even add a link to a different page.  This puts an end to frustrated visitors that get lost when you change the structure of your site.
• Server Side Includes (.stm, .shtm, .shtml) - We run Microsoft NT 4.0 with Internet Information Server 4.0.  We support the Server Side Includes (.stm, .shtm, .shtml) extensions associated with IIS 4.0.

• SQL Server 2000  -  NEW! - Every account comes with a 50MB SQL Server 2000 Database which is more than enough for most purposes.  But, just in case, additional space can be received at an additional cost of $25/year for additional 50MB.
• ASP Simple Upload Component  -  NEW! - We support a component called ASP Simple Upload for uploading graphics and files through a web browser.  It's a copy/paste implementation.  Very easy to use.
